Abstract
The arrays of alumina nanowires and nanorods, which are uniformly sized and parallel to each other, have been prepared in H3PO4 solution by anodic oxidation method. The effects of anodizing voltage and solution on the morphology have been studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM). The structure and property of the nanowires and nanorods has been investigated with X-ray diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX).
