Abstract
We have investigated the structure, magnetoresistance, magnetic and electrical transport properties of LaKFe4 / 3W2 / 3O6 sample. The structure of this compound belongs to cubic system with Pm3¯m space group and X-ray diffraction pattern suggests that some of La3+ and K+ ions orderly occupy on A sites. Thermal magnetization shows that transition temperature is over 500 K and that the magnetization decreases slowly with temperature. The electrical transport can be described by variable range hopping of small polaron model at low-temperature and by adiabatic small polaron hopping model at high temperature. The differences of resistivity under zero and applied fields are large enough for application in magnetoelectronic devices.
