Abstract
Mesoporous aluminophosphate (AlPOs) with high thermal stability have been synthesized from a preformed precursor of microporous aluminophosphate in the presence of n-octadecylamine surfactant by two-step procedure. The products were characterized by XRD, TEM, BET, MAS-NMR, ICP and FT-IR techniques. Most Al and P species are tetrahedral coordination, and mesoporous AlPOs mainly consists of uniform Al-O-P linkages. The appropriate hydrothermal pre-treatment of the microporous aluminophosphate precursors is a critical step for obtaining the stable mesoporous AlPOs materials.
