Abstract
EDTA–citrate gel process is used to prepare microwave dielectric BaTi4O9 ceramics. The thermal decomposition of the precursor was studied by thermal analysis (DTA/TG/DTG), XRD, FTIR and SEM. The morphology and the dielectric properties of the BaTi4O9 ceramics, fully densified at 1150 °C for 2 h, were also investigated.
