Abstract
⺠We examine low temperature atmospheric pressure plasma in micro patterning technique. ⺠We determine the cell-adhesion-resistant plasma deposited thin films with 3T3 mouse fibroblasts. ⺠3T3 mouse fibroblasts were confined into 100 μm2 round cell-adhesive areas. ⺠The atmospheric pressure plasma processing is highly suitable for biomedical fabrications.
