Abstract
⺠Pt incorporated SnO2 thin films by one-step synthesis. ⺠Pt nanoparticles were developed during the one-step solution heating. ⺠Pt nanoparticles act as a reduction catalyst. ⺠Reduction of SnO2 was progressed with oxidation of Pt nanoparticles. ⺠Electrical resistivity of SnO2 films was enhanced by Pt nanoparticle incorporation.
