Abstract
⺠Side glass substrate was subjected to be used in this experiment. ⺠With method of using APPT of mixing He gas and ethanol to deposit organic thin film and improve the surface hydrophilic. ⺠NIPAAm has specific thermo-sensitive property and lower critical solution temperature (LCST) is 33 °C.
