Abstract
⺠Ta and its oxide films were deposited onto Ti using PIII&D technology. ⺠Corrosion resistance of Ti was improved by the deposition of Ta and its oxide films. ⺠Bioactivity of Ti was improved by the deposition of Ta and its oxide films.
