Abstract
⺠MoS2 coating layers are deposited on MWCNTs by a gas-solid reaction. ⺠We obtain complete and continuous MoS2 coatings on MWCNTs surface. ⺠The obtained MoS2 sheaths have high crystallinity and well attach to MWCNTs. ⺠The number of layers can be controlled by changing parameters of the precursor.
