Abstract

âº Effects of high-temperature annealing on CVD-SiC coated PIP-C/SiC composites were studied. âº The anti-oxidation behavior of CVD-SiC coated PIP-C/SiC composites was investigated. âº Mechanical property of CVD-SiC coated PIP-C/SiC composites after thermal cycle was discussed.
