Abstract
► Superhydrophobic oleophobic coatings using hybrid sol, silica and fluoropolymer. ► Coating surface exhibited porous structure with randomly stacked silica aggregates. ► Preferential adsorption of fluoropolymer on silica nanoparticles confirmed by EDX. ► Hardness and adhesion of the coating with the substrate was 2H and 5B respectively.
