Abstract
⺠MWCNT-Cu nanocomposite was cold-sprayed onto an Al substrate under low pressure. ⺠The MWCNT-Cu coating showed quite a small increase of MWCNT defects after the spray. ⺠CNTs were closely attached to the Cu matrix with strong compression. ⺠No intermediate compounds were found. ⺠The MWCNT-Cu coating had higher thermal diffusivity than a pure Cu coating.
