Abstract
⺠Nanostructured Ni60-TiB2 coating is sprayed by HVOF. ⺠Conventional Ni60-TiB2 coating is sprayed by HVOF. ⺠Properties of nanostructured coating are compared to conventional coating. ⺠Nanostructured coating has much higher fracture toughness and microhardness. ⺠Nanostructured coating has much better sliding friction resistance.
