Abstract
⺠Substrate temperature has an effect on splat morphology of PP using flame spray. ⺠The size of disk-like splats was increased with increasing substrate temperature. ⺠Increasing the substrate temperature from RT to 170 °C improves splat adhesion. ⺠Degree of crystallinity of the PP droplet rises with increasing substrate temperature.
