Abstract
âºThe phase composition of the annealed coating was investigated. âºMulticomponent phase diagrams were calculated by using the CALPHAD method. âºThe experimental phase composition agrees with the thermodynamic calculations. âºA small increase of hardness after vacuum annealing. âºThe TiVCrAlSi coating improves the oxidation resistance of Ti-6Al-4V.
