Abstract
⺠A stable plasma jet was successfully generated in ambient air by a 12 V battery. ⺠Consumed power for the plasma generation was 0.12 W at the input voltage of 12 V. ⺠The plasma contained hydroxyl radicals and exited nitrogen molecules.
