Abstract
âºLaser irradiation resulted in formation of column-like surface structures. âºThe thickness of the laser modified surface layer depended on the applied fluence and number of laser pulses. âºCopper and/or copper compounds agglomerate on surfaces of column-like structures and of glass fibers after laser irradiation. âºElectroless deposited copper layers were of granulate structures.
