Abstract
⺠Ni-P/Cu-Ni multilayer is coated on fabric by electroless plating for the first time. ⺠Ni-P improves corrosion resistance and the EMI shielding property of Cu-Ni deposits. ⺠Increasing deposition time of Ni-P enhances EMI SE and corrosion resistance. ⺠Ni-P/Cu-Ni plated fabric meets the requirements of corrosion resistance and EMI SE.
