Abstract
âºThe Parylene film is coated with titania by one-step ultrasound-assisted procedure. âºTiO2-anatase nanocrystals are strongly anchored to Parylene without binding compound. âºSpreading of TiO2 on Parylene is regulated by solvents and reagent concentrations. âºPVP prevents aggregation of TiO2 nanoparticles. âºTiO2-Parylene film demonstrated activity in photo discoloration of methylene blue.
