Abstract
⺠Highly efficient and low-cost Cu(In,Ga)Se2 solar cells are investigated. ⺠Recombination mechanisms are determined. ⺠Current collection is studied by bias-dependent spectral photocurrent measurement. ⺠Activation energy is low for interface-dominated recombination.
