Abstract
⺠WO3 nanorod arrays were prepared on indium tin oxide substrate by hydrothermal method. ⺠The effects of preparing conditions on the growth of WO3 nanorod arrays were studied. ⺠The band gap energy of WO3 nanorod arrays can be controlled by adjusting pH value.
