Abstract
⺠CdzPbyS thin films were deposited by chemical bath deposition. ⺠Polycrystalline mixture of hexagonal and cubic phases is observed. ⺠The band gap energy varied from 2.47 eV to 0.49 eV. ⺠Grain boundary scattering and variable range hopping conductions are observed. ⺠Thermoelectric power measurements showed n-type conduction.
