Abstract
⺠Unsubstituted copper phthalocyanines aggregate into nanoribbons by spin coating. ⺠A hybrid solution/vacuum-processed heterojunction organic solar cell is produced. ⺠Copper phthalocyanines film is prepared via spin casting under ambient conditions.
