Abstract
⺠Stoichiometric indium sulfide films are prepared by thermal evaporation. ⺠Films acquire crystallinity on annealing in vacuum. ⺠No perceptible change in atomic composition during annealing up to 500 °C ⺠Vacuum annealing brings about changes in optical and electrical properties.
