Abstract
⺠Nanostructured Zn grown at room-temperature with thickness of few microns. ⺠Thermal oxidation of Zn in ambient air for nanostructured ZnO film formation. ⺠The morphology is preserved during the thermal treatment. ⺠Zn and ZnO nanostructured films are polycrystalline.
