Abstract
⺠Pt-TiO2/Ti exhibits enhanced photoelectrocatalytic (PEC) activity at low applied bias. ⺠The proposed device uses low applied bias (< 1.0 V) with no explicit cathode. ⺠PEC oxidation can be performed without supporting electrolyte and Pt cathode.
