Abstract
⺠Horizontally-oriented interconnected carbon nanotube networks (CNT-NWs) were grown. ⺠A microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition sandwich-growth process was employed. ⺠Temperature-dependent electrical and photo-sensing properties were investigated. ⺠Devices based on CNT-NWs exhibit promising transistor characteristics. ⺠CNT-NWs are capable to detect light in the infrared wavelength range.
