Abstract
⺠TiN, Graphit-iCâ¢, TiN + C and Au coatings on a 316L foil were produced by CFUBMS. ⺠TiN + C coatings have a lower interfacial contact resistance (ICR) than TiN. ⺠TiN + C coatings show better corrosion resistance than TiN. ⺠TiN + C and 10 nm Au coatings are good candidates for further in-situ research.
