Abstract
⺠The C60 film deposited on a NiPc-Ix film encapsulates the doped iodine. ⺠An iodine-doped device generates a photocurrent of inverted direction. ⺠The internal electric field is also inverted. ⺠The activity of photocurrent generation at the heterojunction is quenched. ⺠Photocurrent is generated at the C60/In interface.
