Abstract
⺠ZnO nanorods are synthesized by low-temperature hydrothermal method. ⺠Zn/SDS composite was used as seed layer for the nanorods growth. ⺠The nanorods are highly oriented in the c-axis direction. ⺠The length and aspect ratio of the nanorods can be controlled by hydrothermal conditions.
