Abstract
The work presents small signal spectra of complex capacitance obtained on a sandwich system with a heterojunction formed from copper phthalocyanine and di-(pyridyl)-perylenetetracarboxylic diimide in the 25 Hz–1 MHz frequency range. The comparison of small signal response with direct current measurements is included. Particular attention is paid to a power law dependence of both parts of capacitance on frequency.
