Abstract
We present a kinematic scattering theory for the description of confinement-induced ordering-disordering phenomena within fluids. It is shown that analysis of the fluid within an array of nanocavities facilitates the detection of confinement effects on the fluid's structure compared to analysis within a single cavity.
