Abstract
Nanocrystalline gold is electrodeposited from non-cyanide non-sulfite bath by pulse techniques. The thermal stability of nanocrystalline gold is investigated in situ by high-temperature X-ray diffraction. The experimental growth kinetics of gold crystallites can be described in terms of a growth model with size-dependent impediment.
