Abstract
⺠We reported an improve model of fluctuation microscopy of a nanocrystal/amorphous composite. ⺠The model is validated against dynamical diffraction computer simulations. ⺠Strain and disorder in the nanocrystals have a large effect on the FEM signal, especially at larger scattering vector.
