Abstract
⺠The elastic non-Rutherford cross-section for 4He on C is measured. ⺠The measured data were evaluated with a computer code based on the R-matrix formalism. ⺠The parameters (spin, position, width) of the 10.356 MeV state in 16O were obtained.
