Abstract
⺠Nodal models were built for amorphization and better than tetrahedral models. ⺠Amorphous SiC was built by deviant local assembly rules based on crystalline SiC. ⺠Springs were applied to make the assembly be close to the real process. ⺠Chemical disorders were introduced into the assembly process.
