Abstract
The goal of negative ion physics is to gain a better understanding of the role played by electron correlation in the structure and dynamics of many-electron systems. The talk will describe the use of accelerator-based methods to investigate the interaction between negative ions and electrons, with a focus on threshold behavior and di-anionic resonances.
