Abstract
Potentials, energy levels, their linewidths and spectral distributions of radiation produced by 20Â MeV electrons channeled in the crystallographic planes of piezo-crystal quartz (SiO2) with and without various amplitudes of harmonic deformations have been calculated using non-linear resonant optics methods. The scattering of relativistic electrons by thermal displacement fluctuations and atomic electrons has been taken into account. The results of calculations show that when some resonance conditions are fulfilled the spectral distributions are deformed depending on the amplitude of deformations.
