Abstract
Suspension plasma sprayed TiO2TiO2 coatings are investigated in this paper. Microstructural features of the coating were observed with the use of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Coatings were found to contain rutile, anatase and Magneli phases. The field emission characteristics of the obtained deposits were measured. The influence of conditioning on emission properties was observed. The maximum emission currents after conditioning were 230μA for SPS A and 400μA for the SPS B samples.
