Abstract
⺠Large scale ZnO-adhering patterned graphene cathode was fabricated. ⺠Simple solution process was used. ⺠Excellent field emission can be achieved due to the extraction of graphene edges. ⺠The presence of ZnO film improves the uniformity and long-time stability.
