Abstract
⺠Sol-gel TiO2 film is coated on plasma nitrided 316L stainless steel. ⺠The coating sample has better corrosion resistance than the nitrided stainless steel. ⺠UV irradiation treatment greatly improves hydrophilicity of the coating sample.
