Abstract
⺠Pickles brine wastewaters pretreatment using clays and organoclays was studied. ⺠Flocculation tests showed a reduction of suspended solids and organic materials. ⺠A two steps sedimentation test was conducted with clays and organoclays. ⺠Clays and organoclays were effective flocculants for brine wastewater pretreatment.
