Abstract
⺠Rehydration of heated kaolinite, goethite and gibbsite was investigated. ⺠Rehydroxylation of dehydroxylated gibbsite formed bayerite and gibbsite. ⺠Metakaolinite and hematite did not recrystallized. ⺠Dehydroxylated minerals and their partly rehydroxylated forms exist in heated soils.
