Abstract
⺠Nanocomposites based on polyacrylate-modified montmorillonite were synthesized. ⺠All modified clays exhibit a lower wettability compared to pure montmorillonite. ⺠Rugged spherical particles indicated montmorillonite covered polymer particles.
