Abstract
In this work, the subtraction of natural numbers is generalized to that of MM-fuzzy natural numbers. On the basis of this, we present the notion of the MM-fuzzifying nullity for an MM-fuzzifying matroid and prove that an MM-fuzzifying matroid can be characterized by means of its MM-fuzzifying nullity.
