Abstract

Using the properties of rearrangement of a function, Hilbert type inequalities with non-conjugate parameters are established. Although the findings of the best possible constants in inequalities is difficult, a new analytic technique is presented to solve this problem. Many improvements and generalizations of known results are made in this paper.
