Abstract
In this work the convergence behavior of a class of delayed shunting inhibitory cellular neural networks with time-varying coefficients is considered. We establish some sufficient conditions for ensuring that all solutions converge to zero when the activity function is bounded and external input has an exponential asymptotic behavior.
