Abstract
The Landau damping problem for linear transport equations ft+α(v)fx+α(v)g(v)E=0ft+α(v)fx+α(v)g(v)E=0x,v∈R1x,v∈R1, is studied in this work. Our results show that the behavior of α(v)α(v) plays an important role in the time decaying of the solutions.
