Abstract
In this work, an existence theorem for the nonlinear quadratic two-point boundary value problems of functional differential equations is proved using a nonlinear alternative of Leray–Schauder type involving the product of two operators in Banach algebras. An example is also given to illustrate the abstract results presented here.
