Abstract
⺠Framework of the CNES remote sensing missions is exposed. ⺠We state the major articles of the French Law on Space Operations. ⺠We detail solutions to tackle issues related to the emergency disposal operations. ⺠A minimal Withdrawal From Service satellite configuration is defined. ⺠We propose a reactive operational process to implement disposal operations.
